Our instructions have years of teaching experience along with decades of self practice.

Our Flow Haus Mindfulness library is here to nurture your emotional, spiritual and mental wellbeing. Our expert lead classes range from 5 to 45 minutes and are designed to help you reduce stress, become more emotionally balanced and increase your self awareness and self compassion. Are you a Yoga or Pilates studio owner and haven’t taken the leap into offering your members an online studio as part of their membership?
