What do I need? While we have many equipment free flows, Flow Haus equipment classes include a mat, resistance band, small ball, ankle weights & small hand weights. Where do I start? You can start with one our foundation classes and then gradually increase the intensity of your sessions in the other classes and series we have. Remember to listen to your body and modify exercises as needed to avoid injury and always listen to the instructors guidelines.


How Often? It’s best to aim for regular practice, even if it's just a few minutes each day, to gradually build strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness.
