Bub Friendly STRENGTH & SWEAT 4 week Program
When: Every Tuesday at 10.30am in April
Where: Aspire Gym, 1 Pearsons Way Osborne Park
Secure onsite Parking through the security gate and on the left hand side carpark by the gym.
Flat entrance for prams, showers, toilets & feeding friendly space.
Onsite coffee shop for chats & chills post class.
Small group for intimacy through the group & to get extra 1:1 adjustments and individual goal setting.
Included: 4 × 60 min Strength & conditioning classes, weekly at home mat pilates and yoga program, breath work, meditation and weekly newsletter.
About: This program includes 4 x 60 min gym based sessions, weekly at home Mat Pilates, yoga, breath work, meditation & more via Flow Haus Online.
Designed to take your postpartum health and fitness to the next level. We work on strength and muscle building through free weights and barbells, a portion of each class is dedicated to increasing that heart rate, strengthening and rebuilding your cardiovascular health while helping to release endorphins and bank some much needed energy for surviving those broken/sleepless night.
All babies are welcome however, pre crawling is most suitable - I am looking to secure a play pen for bigger bubs to hopefully play in, please bring some toys along that you are happy for the potential of other bubs grabbing hold of. I will provide some sanitary wipes for pack up.
We keep these classes flexible and social, class programs can be adjusted to include bubs when needed and we have a closed WhatsApp group for weekly communication and updates and social catch ups.
What to bring: As these classes are Bub friendly, optional items to bring for Bub are things like bouncers, prams, floor blankets, books, toys and snacks. We are a feeding and changing friendly environment so please bring anything that might assist you and Bub.

*$30 drop in available if numbers permit (all drop ins receive 4 weeks access to Flow Haus Online)
Class numbers are kept to a max of 8 people and require a minimum for 4 for each program to commence.
